Euro 2008 Group A Betting
Group A of Euro 2008 isn’t the strongest and Portugal and the Czech Republic should both be expected to justify their tags as group favourites with beaten Euro 2004 finalists Portugal, the likely group winners. Switzerland and Turkey make up the group and both lack experience in the European Championships, with just two previous appearances each. However, as the home nation, Switzerland should not be under estimated and could well capitalise should either Portugal or the Czech Republic not be on top form.
