Euro 2008 Group C Betting
Group C is the so called ‘group of death’ of Euro 2008, with three of the biggest names in European international football going up against each other. Between them, Holland, Italy and France have won the European Championship four times and all three are at the top of bookmakers betting odds for Euro 2008 to win the tournament. However, one will not be progressing. France and Italy were the World Cup finalists in 2006 and are the two favourites to make the knockout stages but the Dutch are equally as capable. Romania is the other team in Group C and whilst they aren’t a bad team, they have been unlucky with the group draw should pose no threat to the other three teams.
