Metalist Stadium - Kharkiv
The Metalist Stadium is located in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv and is referred to by locals as the Spider Arena as the roof pillars resemble an arachnid. Although it is officially known as the Oblast Sports Complex it is more commonly known as the Metalist Stadium as it is the home ground of FC Metalist Kharkiv who play in the Ukrainian Premier League.
The stadium was renovated in 2009 and the stadium will have a capacity of just over 38,000 for the European Championships.
